Do Not Call Policy

If you do not want to receive sales or marketing-related phone calls from RiaEnjolie, please let us know and we will put you on our Do Not Call List. RiaEnjolie complies with all state and federal laws in regards to telemarketing and other direct marketing efforts.

There are several ways to request inclusion on RiaEnjolie’s Do Not Call List:

  • Send us an E-mail at Complaints@RiaEnjolie.com.
    When E-mailing, please include your name, address and all telephone numbers you want included on our list.
  • Write our Customer Support Team at 103 Morgan Lane, Suite 102, Plainsboro, NJ 08536.

It can take some time to process these requests so please be patient with us. All Do Not Call requests are honored within 30 days (and usually sooner).

If your information changes, please notify us using any of the methods listed above of the new name, address and telephone number(s) in order to remain on the RiaEnjolie Do Not Call List. If you would like to be removed from our Do Not Call List so you may receive information again from RiaEnjolie, please contact our Customer Support Team and tell us you would like to be removed from our Do Not Call List.

Please note that being on our Do Not Call List restricts calls from RiaEnjolie only. If you would like to add your number to the National Do Not Call Registry, you may do so by calling 1-888-382-1222 or by going online atwww.donotcall.gov. If your number is already on the National Do Not Call Registry, and you received a telemarketing call from someone trying to sell you RiaEnjolie products or services, please contact our Customer Support Team so that we can correct the problem. Please include as much information as possible, especially Caller ID information and the specific offer made during the call.

Being on either the National Do Not Call Registry or the RiaEnjolie Do Not Call List restricts telephone solicitations only. We may still contact you about service-related issues, surveys, billing and other topics.
