Free Website Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. You must submit a valid phone number and E-mail address to be eligible to win.
2. All information you provide is confidential and will not be sold. However, you are giving RiaEnjolie permission to contact you by phone and/or E-mail. Also, if you win, RiaEnjolie may use your name, state and a link to your website in a promotional way, including posting this information on our Winners page.
3. Only one entry (per phone number/E-mail) permitted per month. You may enter again in the next month if you don’t win.
4. Offer is not open to customers who purchased prior to this month.
5. If you win the Silver Package setup fee, you will be responsible for the ongoing monthly subscription fee.
6. If you would like to upgrade to a Gold or Platinum package, you may. We will credit the cost of the Silver Package setup fee toward your choice.
7. You may add on any features or services you need that are not included in the Silver Package at your cost. Costs of Add-on Options are outlined in a chart on the Pricing page.
8. If you win and your industry is not supported, we will credit the Silver Package setup fee toward your “purchase.” There will be no surprises and any additional setup fees will be explained beforehand.
9. Employees of RiaEnjolie and its affiliates are not eligible to win.
10. This contest cannot be combined with any other special offer or discounts.
