I have to tell you how happy and relieved I am that the RiaEnjolie team worked so hard to get my website online in time for my advertised business opening. As you know, there were so many delays that I was afraid the site would not be ready by the opening date I had advertised and customers would not be able to order my food after I spent a fortune on marketing materials.

My webmaster remained on the telephone with me late into the night after his work schedule to show me how to use the admin tool to add and edit the content of the site. He also spent several hours on the phone patiently waiting on the Paypal phone system to speak to a technician about how RiaEnjolie can make validation modifications to the Paypal transaction code.

Everyone worked very hard to ensure that the necessary elements were in place for my opening. Although not all technical requirements are resolved -- especially with Paypal -- I have confidence that RiaEnjolie is technically competent and responsible enough to handle whatever difficulties arise in order to provide me with the professional quality website that I need.

I appreciate your work and dedication very much. I realize that as a former webmaster for the U.S. government and years ago a graphic designer, I am not easy to satisfy. I have higher than average standards. Having worked with some of the best programmers in the business, I was accustomed to simply dreaming up what I would like to see and my guru would make it so.

Currently, my website is clean, well-organized, live, and able to take e-commerce orders. The colors and background are gorgeous. When your designers complete the graphics layout that we discussed, I will be able to say without reservation that the website meets the highest standards for a small business e-commerce site.
